2010 CE Meetings
Time and Location
Dental educational meetings are held on Fridays from 8:30 a.m. to
4:30 p.m. with registration beginning at 7:30 a.m. Light breakfast,
morning snack, full lunch and afternoon snack are included in the
tuition fee. Please use the link below for complete information and all

From 1-81 North or South: Take exit 59, Rte. 581 East towards
Camp Hill. Get off at exit 3, Carlisle Pike and Rte. 11 South. At the
end of the ramp at the traffic light, turn right onto Carlisle
Pike. At the first traffic light, the hotel will be on the
right.
From 1-83 North or South: Take exit 41, Rte. 581 West towards Camp
Hill. Follow Rte.581 West and take exit 3, Carlisle Pike and Rte. 11
South. At the end of the ramp at the traffic light, turn right onto the
Carlisle Pike. At the first traffic light, the hotel will be on the
right.

Tuition and Payment
Luncheon is included in the meeting fee. No split fees for meeting
and/or lunch as we are charged by the head count present at the
meeting.

ALL cancellations for meetings attendance MUST be received at least 3
full business days in advance of the start of the meeting to avoid
tuition loss. NO CASH or credit cards accepted at this time.
Make checks payable to “The
Harrisburg Area Dental Society.” No cash, no credit card.
There is a mandatory late registration
fee of $20 for all registrants who
register for any meeting less than 3 full business
days in advance (By 5 p.m. Monday night).

Outing
The annual Golf Outing will be held on
Friday, August 20, 2010.

Due to the nature of sign up which locks out limited spots, once you are
registered and paid, no refunds can be made. If unable to attend,
it is up to you to find a replacement player.
If a foursome is not full, the Golf Outing Director reserves the right
to reassign players from other groups to make
complete foursomes.
