Hours: Monday, Tuesday and Friday, 7:45 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. and Thursday, 7:45 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. Please note that though doors open at 7:45 a.m., phones turn on at 8 a.m.
Services: Preventative care, including cleanings, fillings and extractions.
Patient Eligibility: Residents of portions of Cumberland County, portions of Nothern Adams County, portions of Franklin County and portions of Perry County, who are enrolled in Medicare or Medicaid, uninsured patients with a household income less than 200 percent of the federal poverty level; uninsured patients must bring proof of household income to each visit. Contact the clinic for complete eligibility requirements.
Fees: $5 to $20 fee per visit for the uninsured, depending on the patient's total household income.
