PDA's Governance Structure
PDA's structure consists of the Board of Trustees, committees, advisory groups and task forces. The board is the managing body of PDA and establishes rules, regulations and policies to manage the association. These policies are subject to final approval at the next session of the House of Delegates.

for reporting on their progress and the completion of assignments to the
Board of Trustees and House of Delegates.
Advisory groups consist of an unlimited number of appointees who meet on PDA’s social network to work on specific issues of importance to the association. Progress and completion of assignments are reported to the Board of Trustees and House of Delegates
A task force is formed at the discretion of PDA president and the board. The purpose of a task force is to help PDA proactively address specific and immediate issues that are not being handled by another PDA committee.
