The deadline for the May 2010 issue is Friday, April 2.

theBulletin is published five times a year, September thru May by the Dental Society of Chester County and Delaware County, 495 Thomas Jones Way, Suite 102, Exton, PA 19341. Subscription is included in the annual dues.

All advertising material and requests for information should be sent directly to Dr. Eric Fort, 403 North Five Points Road, West Chester, PA  19380, phone: (610) 696-3371.

Articles for publication and correspondence should be sent directly to Dr. Karin Brian, 40 Greenhill Road, Coatesville, PA 19320.          

Advertising Policy

The Dental Society follows a Code of Ethics as presently adopted by the American Dental Association, the Pennsylvania Dental Association and the Second District Dental Association, and will endeavor to uphold these standards in the acceptance of commercial and classified advertising.

• All advertising material and requests for advertising information will be made to theBulletin Advertising Committee.
• theBulletin Advertising Committee and the Editor reserve the right to edit, accept or decline all commercial and classified advertising.
• Advertising that is known to be false, misleading, or deceptive will not be accepted.
• Advertising for only those products whose safety, efficacy, and therapeutic value have been demonstrated by scientific evidence will be considered.
• The publication of advertisements does not imply endorsement by the Dental Society.
• theBulletin will accept no political advertisements.

Deadlines for submission of advertising are the same as those for article publication.

Advertising Rates

The rates for commercial and classified advertising will be reviewed annually by theBulletin Advertising Committee and recommendations for changes will be submitted for approval by the Board of Governors. For current advertising rates, contact Dr. Fort.

Advertisements that are deemed by the Board, Committee or the Editor to be for the “Good of the Society” may be placed in theBulletin at no cost and on a space available basis.

A copy of this policy will be provided with all advertising contracts or invoices.
