SUMMARY:Dental Trauma-Practices for Immediate and Long-Term Care
DESCRIPTION:This course\, originally scheduled for 9/3\, will be held on Wednesday\, November 19\, 2025.\nDental Trauma–Practices for Immediate and Long-Term Care \n6 CE credits appropriate for dentists\, assistants and EFDAs\nEducation Method: powerpoint\, lecture\, case studies and discussion \nInjuries to the teeth can occur at any age and clinicians need to be prepared to administer appropriate emergency treatment while focusing on the long-term esthetic\, function and health of the oral cavity.  Using case scenarios\, Dr. Ray will discuss the diagnosis and clinical management of crown fractures\, horizontal intra-alveolar root fractures\, luxations and avulsions for both the adult and pediatric patient. Dr. Ray also will discuss the prevention and management of complications after trauma.\nPresented by Herbert L.
