DESCRIPTION:Register for this Event \n\nPhiladelphia County Dental Society & Pennsylvania Dental Association present:\n \n8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. — CE 46 Oral Mucosal Disease: An Update for the Oral Health Care Practitioner\nPresented by: Thomas P. Sollecito\, DMD\, FDS\, RCSEd\, Chair of the Department of Oral Medicine and Professor of Oral Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. He has authored numerous papers and chapters related to various topics in Oral Medicine including facial pain\, mucosal disease\, and treatment of medically complex dental patients. Dr. Sollecito\, faculty for this educational event\, has received a research grant from the National Institute of Dental and Craniofacial Research (NIDCR). All of the relevant financial relationships have been mitigated. \nThe lecture will review common oral mucosal diseases encountered in daily practice focusing on the diagnosis and treatment of those disorders. Refunds for courses purchased individually will be issued less a 10% administrative fee if the registration is cancelled in writing seven days prior to the program you are attending. For most dentists\, your website default username is your first initial\, last name and four-digit year of birth with no spaces\, no punctuation. The default password is lowercase ada and your ADA number. If you don’t remember your username and password\, please contact PDA’s membership department. \n2. Click the Register Myself button. Pricing will be applied based on your member status. The Register Myself button will not appear if your name is not displayed at the top of the website page. \n3. To register non-dentist (hygienists\, assistants or non-licensed guests) attendees for the same course the doctor is registered to complete\, click +Add a Guest under “My Registration Status:” to add your guest. Click Add to select the program they will attend. \n\nIf you have previously attended a PDA program with a non-dentist guest\, that person may appear as an existing contact. If the Select an existing contact option appears and the correct guest’s name is displayed when clicking in the box\, please select his or her name. If a unique email address is not listed for this guest\, please add it. Click Save & Close.\nIf the Select an existing contact option does not appear\, please enter the name of the guest\, his or her designation (RDH\, EFDA) and a unique email address; click Save & Close.\nRepeat the process until all guests are registered.\nPlease note: if the same email address is used for all registrants\, only one “reminder to attend” email will be sent.\n\n4.
