Duties of Those Serving in the ADA House of Delegates
The 2026 ADA House of Delegates will meet October 10-13, in Indianapolis, Indiana. All ADA delegates and alternate delegates are expected to:
1. Subscribe to The Circle (PDA’s online community) and actively participate in the Delegate and Alternate group forum prior to the ADA House of Delegates.
2. Review all of the ADA resolutions and become fully informed on the issues that the ADA House of Delegates will consider.
3. Attend the pre-meeting PDA caucuses scheduled for Saturday, September 19, 2026, in Harrisburg and Saturday, October 10, 2026, in Indianapolis.
4. Attend the first meeting of the ADA House of Delegates on Saturday, October 10, 2026.
5. Attend assigned reference committee hearing and at least one other reference committee hearing (time permitting). Hearings will be held on Sunday, October 11, 2026.
6. Attend the PDA caucus in Indianapolis on Monday, October 12, 2026.
7. Attend the remining meetings of the ADA House of Delegates until business is completed on Tuesday, October 13, 2026.
Delegates and alternate delegates receive up to $2,350 from PDA to help offset the expense of attending the ADA House of Delegates.
