Get ready to celebrate Office Management Appreciation Month
Everyone deserves to be recognized for their contribution to the health of their patients and practices. We celebrate dentists in March and hygienists in April. As the back-to-school rush winds down, it’s time to gear up and make plans to celebrate the office management team. This September, CareCredit and the American Association of Dental Office Management (AADOM) are once again supporting Office Management Appreciation Month and we invite you and your teams to join the celebration.

This year’s theme is “Let’s Bloom!” to encourage the office management team to grow and blossom. If you’re looking for ideas on how to celebrate, it’s easy. On August 1, the OMAM site (omam.carecreditvirtual.com) officially opened and there you’ll find inspiration, fun social media posts, and a Certificate of Appreciation for your office management team. You can even send digital flowers to your team with a click of a mouse (although real ones are a nice touch, too!)

Then, in September, you can appreciate your office management team with coffee and treats in the morning, a team lunch, a Certificate of Appreciation, cupcakes and, yes, flowers. Or brainstorm with the rest of the team for more celebration ideas. On September 1st, the Office Management Virtual Celebration Experience opens which features dentistry leaders sending words of encouragement to the office management team, resources from AADOM, leading consultants and CareCredit to help them “bloom” personally and professionally and more!
