Excursions at PDA's Family Vacation Dental Conference

Thursday Boat Cruise - the Sunset Cruise will depart from the Straight Pier to the left of the beach area. Please arrive at 5:40 p.m. The cruise is 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Bottled water and ice will be provided for you and you are welcome to bring canned beverages on board along with your own snacks. For those who are confirmed for the boat cruise, please purchase your ticket(s) onsite at PDA's registration desk outside the Windjammer room. Cash only, please. Use this event to purchase the optional box lunches for the river cruise. Request a vegetarian sandwich in the food allergy/food restriction space or email Rebecca at rvn@padental.org.

Friday Winery Tour - depart from the Hyatt main entrance at 12:35 p.m. Please arrive at 12:20 p.m. The shuttle van will depart the winery at 3:15 p.m. Please be prompt. Tickets are $47.50 per person for transportation; samples of 8 different wines; 1 full glass of wine; bottled water and charcuterie displays with chocolate.

Both 2025 excursions are sold out. Only purchase tickets IF you received an email inviting you to purchase tickets.
Registration Process:
1. Sign in to the website with your username and password. If you need assistance with your password or would prefer to pay over the phone, please call (717) 234-5941, ext. 117, by August 11.
2. Click the Register Myself button. NOTE: the Register Myself button will not appear unless your name is displayed at the top of the web page. If your name does not appear, click the words Sign In to refresh your login.
3. Click the Add button to pay for tickets to the winery or for an optional box lunch on the boat cruise.
4. Click Proceed to Checkout to review your order and enter your credit card information.
5. Click Submit Order to complete the transaction.
